Your order will arrive within 48 hours after payment. For bigger orders which include large cleaning equipment and washroom dispensers, delivery may take a maximum of 7 business days.
Please notify us within 7 business days. We will then arrange for your defective item to be collected and a replacement will be sent to you as soon as the defective item has been checked back into our warehouse.
